Medianaires connects you to paid work across portraits, branding, events, and commercial product content. Projects come from individuals, startups, and businesses, including corporate teams and marketing agencies. Pro and Elite creators can search and accept projects. Real projects, real clients, real connections.
Paid Fair. Paid On Time.
Medianaires rewards quality. Your tier determines what you can access, and Merit Points unlock higher-paying projects over time. Pro and Elite creators can set rates and negotiate quotes. Medianaires retains a platform fee. Paid members keep more per project, while free accounts have a higher platform fee. Creators receive payouts on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Apprentices get mentorship, training, and internships designed to build real on-set competence. Earn while learning and collect internship credits to unlock higher tiers. Semi-Pro and above earn Merit Points through consistency, client feedback, and reliable delivery which unlocks higher earning potential overtime.
Create Your Perfect DreamTeam
Teams work best when one creator isn’t enough. Elite can pre-build and refer DreamTeams, or clients can hand-pick photographers, videographers, editors, and content creators. Collaborate in-platform via group chat, video calls, and mood boards, with split payments for multi-creator projects.
